An Intention for Our Work Together
These private sessions are for those who feel called to go a little deeper—into their practice, their inner landscape, and their lived experience. This work is for those who are willing to meet themselves honestly and compassionately, just as they are, while remaining open to possibility, growth, and transformation.
I work best with clients who feel a sincere desire to show up for themselves with heart, curiosity, and consistency. This is not about being “fixed” or to have it all figured out—there only must a willingness to be present, to listen to the inner wisdom of the body, and to engage in the process with radical compassion.
If you’re unsure but feel curious, that curiosity itself is often the first signal from the body that you are ready.
This work is held with great intention and mutual commitment; by booking a session, you agree to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Additional support & referrals
I believe deeply in the value of integrative, well-held support. My work offers embodied practices—such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation—that can complement personal growth and self-care, but it is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
For clients who are currently working with, or may benefit from, a licensed mental health professional, I collaborate with trusted counseling providers in the Fort Worth area and offer referrals when appropriate. I am grateful to be in referral partnership with Emily Schupmann Counseling, supporting clients who are seeking therapeutic care beyond the scope of my offerings.
Likewise, individuals in counseling who are looking for additional, body•mind-based support may be referred to me as a complementary part of their overall wellness journey. This work is offered alongside therapy—not in place of it—and is held with care, clear boundaries, and respect for each person’s individual needs.
Yoga, breath and energy work, and meditation sessions are educational and experiential in nature and do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
Trauma-informed hatha yoga, meditation & breathwork
These sessions are intentionally guided based on student needs with practices pulled from Hatha yoga and other yogic traditions to focus on supporting the nervous system as well as our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. I am very passionate about developing a well-rounded meditation and pranayama (breath) practice to support daily life, and I love to work with others to share these tools. Whether you are looking for support with a specific need or want focused 1:1 attention, the goal of these sessions are to address the your areas of focus to feel more confident and power-filled in life!

Reiki energy healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing modality that promotes balance within the body’s subtle energy system. Simply put, Reiki is a beautiful way to lovingly share energy of the highest divine good with all living beings—people, plants, animals & more. It is not limited by time and space, and cannot cause harm. Reiki is best equated to the idea of loving touch—when we are in pain, we place a hand over the affected part of the body to bring comfort. When we experience grief, we may seek a supportive embrace from a loved one. Reiki is Love.
Reiki can be directed to another individual through guided intention, and with or without the use of light touch. Reiki encourages the release of stress, supports emotional clarity, and helps the body shift into a restorative state where it can heal more effectively.
Sessions are deeply relaxing and accessible to everyone—you simply rest and receive.

Small Animal Reiki: $65 for 30 minutes. In-person, online, or at a distance*
At a distance note: We are co-creating a very sacred and healing space when we sit together in these sessions. While our physical bodies are limited by time and space, our Consciousness is not. These sessions take place at a distance. Even though we are physically separated, we will still be together simply through Awareness and compassionate presence. There is no requirement for us to sit simultaneously during these sessions, however it is encouraged if possible as a kind way to nurture yourself. Shortly after the session ends, I will take a few notes and share over call, text or email if desired.
quantum lightwork healing
Quantum Lightwork, sometimes called Pleiadian Lightwork, is a powerful modality of healing that works with the body’s natural, innate intelligence. These sessions are not only for physical healing, but also support healing across the many layers of being that make up who we are—healing for the physical, the mental•emotional & energy bodies across all times, spaces, and realities in which we exist. These sessions meet us where we are to address those aspects of our being ready to heal—in perfect timing. Quantum Lightwork is a very precise, clear, and intentional technology that supports the client in connecting with their own unique power and wisdom.
This approach to healing work is excellent for those seeking to:
Release old patterns of thought, limiting beliefs, or behavior
Clear energetic cords, foreign energy, or lower vibrational energies
Heal and support the inner child
Find healing for past and present experiences

Shamanic healing
Shamanism is a nature-based healing approach that helps us reconnect with our own inner wisdom, the rhythms of the natural world, and the spiritual support always available to us. Many people may not be familiar with the term “shamanism”, or may have a limited understanding of what it is. In the simplest explanation, shamanism is a practice of directly connecting with Spirit (or if you prefer, Source, Creation, Universe…). It is a beautiful approach to healing work that empowers the individual to trust their own inner wisdom along their path of healing and understanding.
Shamanic Healing sessions support clients in clearing heavy or misplaced energy, restoring balance in the body•mind, and aligning with a more grounded, empowered way of being.

If we can suspend our disbelief, even for just a moment, we open ourselves to the possibility of a new reality—a reality that is greater than we ever imagined.
Sound healing
Sound healing is a deeply relaxing practice that combines the healing frequency of instruments with the healing energy of Reiki or Quantum Lightwork. A wind gong, singing bowls and the gentle sound of brass bells are just a few of the instruments used to calm the nervous system and support emotional and energetic balance.
As the frequency of sound and energy wash over you, the body naturally settles into a state of rest and repair. The immersive, resonant sound of the gong paired with the soothing harmonics of the bowls help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity and inner peace. When combined with energy work and/or intentional breathing techniques, this healing method brings clients back to a state of deeply restful yet bright clarity.
Simply lie back, receive, and allow the sound waves to guide you into a restorative, meditative experience.

“Think of the 1:1 sessions with Dan as if you were hiring an adult swimming coach:
When you first start out and the coach asks you to swim to the other side of the pool. You can make it to the other side, but it’s not gonna be pretty. So long as you’re truly open to learning, pretty soon you’ll begin to arrive at the other side of the pool unfazed, curious, contentedly buoyant, and in a bad-ass swimsuit you didn’t even know you had.”
Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
Your session time is intentionally reserved for you. Because of this, I ask for follow-through on the appointment we have both agreed to and committed to.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible to be transferred or rolled over to another appointment time. If your session was prepaid, late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
This policy exists not only to honor my time and availability, but also because last-minute cancellations prevent another client from accessing that session space. Thank you for your understanding and care in honoring this shared commitment. I also understand that life happens outside of our control sometimes, and I appreciate your mindfulness and clear communication whenever possible.
