A Monthly Pranayama Class at Be Here Yoga
By understanding how the breath and mind•body are intimately connected, we learn how to better navigate our environments. When the breath is irregular, erratic, and restricted, this translates into the same qualities in our mind•body. When the breath flows freely and easily, the mind•body follows. We can always change the way we breathe which will in turn influence our mood.
In this class, students will learn and practice numerous Pranayama (breathing) techniques to meet themselves where they are, to better support their nervous system, and understand the benefits of a consistent Pranayama practice.

The Radiant Heart Sessions: A Gong Healing Journey Meditation
A Monthly offering at Wholistic body solutions
Immerse yourself in an intuitively guided meditation paired with the healing power of sound. This session begins with a visualization meditation practice designed to invite deep relaxation, inner peace, and mental clarity. The journey then expands into a restorative sound experience featuring the gong and singing bowls.
Through this blend of meditation and sound, participants are supported in releasing tension to find greater balance in the mind-body. Students will also gain simple tools to nurture and maintain their own sense of energetic well-being beyond the session.
Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and to bring extra blankets, pillows, or eye shades if desired.

A monthly live streamed sound baths designed for real nervous systems in a real world. Sustained frequencies and slow patterns encourage entrainment: breath and heart rate ease, the stress response softens, and attention widens. It’s art you can feel and science your body recognizes. Fewer edges, longer exhales.

MOVE the body. BREATHE to calm the mind. REST in Yoga Nidra.
This is a well-rounded, in-person only yoga offering that specifically designed to cultivate a profound feeling of restful, calm clarity. This is for anyone who is curious about exploring the depths of an intentional movement, breath, and meditation practice and how it affects the mind•body connection. Students will feel what it is like to simply Be in Presence.
MOVE. We will move together in an uplifting and playful flow for all levels that will include elements of breath and meditation woven throughout.
BREATHE. After movement, we will slow down and prepare for a healing breath practice. This will be accompanied by an arc of music to help guide us into a deeply present and mindful state.
REST. We will finish our time with a guided Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by the Gong. This is a beautiful way to explore the mind and our human experience. We learn how to rest within Awareness Itself.

Back Rescue: Heal Your Back Pain

It’s easy to overlook the importance of spinal health—especially when we’re feeling good and moving through life with ease. But when back pain becomes part of our daily experience, even the simplest tasks can feel overwhelming, and the activities we love may start to feel out of reach. What if you had tools to care for your back not only during times of discomfort, but also to stay strong and supported when you're feeling well?
In this workshop, you’ll explore a variety of yoga practices designed to support the entire back—gently, mindfully, and effectively. You’ll learn techniques to build and maintain flexibility, strength, and mobility, along with soothing practices to help ease discomfort and encourage healing when pain arises.
Open to all levels, this session includes a blend of gentle yoga, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, each student will leave with a handout of practical tools to support the spine and your overall well-being—both on and off the mat.
